We are recruiting an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead two care homes in the SK11 and SK3 areas. This is a senior leadership role offering a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and signing-on incentives.

Salary & Benefits:

No previous registration / working towards Level 5:

£42,500 annual salary

Up to £3,000 Ofsted performance bonus (Good = £1,500; Outstanding = £3,000)

£750 signing-on bonus after 3 months + £1,500 after 6 months

Potential Year 1 package: £46,750 | Year 2: £45,500

Registered & Level 5 qualified:

Up to £3,000 Ofsted performance bonus
