Registered Nurses - (RGN/RMN/RNLD)\n\nLocation: Gateshead\n\n£21 - £26 per hour\n\nPin Point Health and Social Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work in nursing homes in a full-time position.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Registered Nurse at Pin Point Health and Social Care your main duties would include:\n\n· Leading the team during each shift by coordinating, delegating, and supervising care provided, ensuring risk is effectively managed and that you remain accountable for the care given.\n\n· Ensure that residents medical, physical and emotional requirements are always met.\n\n· Build and maintain partnerships and therapeutic relationships through safe, effective and non-discriminatory communication methods.\n\n· Using up-to-date knowledge and evidence to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care.\n\n· Ensuring you effectively communicate findings, influence change and promote health and best practice.\n\n· Evaluating care needs to improve clinical decision-making and ensuring quality outcomes using a range of methods, amending the care plan where necessary and communicating changes to others.\n\n· Maintain accurate, clear and complete records both written and electronically.\n\n· Be fully aware of current legislation and practice in line with NMC code and guidelines.\n\nThe Person\n\nThe following personal attributes are considered essential to the post:\n\n· Registered Nurse Qualified (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with an Active NMC Pin\n\n· Excellent clinical skills\n\n· Leadership skills\n\n· Easily adaptable to new environments\n\n· Reliable & trustworthy\n\n· Eligible to work in the UK\n\nInterested?
