This is an opportunity to join a small, 20-bedded nursing home (currently 19 residents) rated Good, where you can focus on delivering high-quality dementia care without the pressures of complex clinical packages.
You will be part of a consistent team in a service that prioritises quality care, structure, and a positive working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia
Administer medication and utilise EMAR systems effectively
Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with care staff and senior team
Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practiceShift Pattern
Days only: 7:30am – 7:45pm
30-minute unpaid break
Approx. 36 hours per week
Alternate weekends requiredPackage
£22.39 per hour
Stable hours within a small, well-supported service

Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
Ideally 3–4 years post-qualification experience
Experience in dementia nursing
Comfortable using IT systems, including EMAR
Strong clinical and communication skills
Passion for delivering person-centred careThis role would suit a Staff Nurse, Registered General Nurse, or RGN looking for a supportive environment with a manageable workload and strong team culture.
