Location:Hayle, Cornwall & the surrounding areas
Job Type: Agency / Temporary / Ad-Hoc Shifts
Salary: £24 £34 per hour (depending on experience & shift type)

The Role

We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses (RGNs) to join our growing agency team, supporting a range of settings including:

  • Care homes

  • Nursing homes

  • Private healthcare providers

  • Specialist care services

This is a flexible role ideal for nurses looking to choose when and where they work, with a variety of shifts available (days, nights, weekends).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

  • Administer medication and treatments safely

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes

  • Work collaboratively with care teams and other professionals

  • Maintain accurate clinical records

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration (Adult / General Nurse)

  • Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • A compassionate and professional approach

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
