Location: Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6RY
Hours: 48 hours per week - Days OR Bank shifts available
Pay: £23.17 per hour (£25.96 for Bank) - £2000 Welcome bonus for full time candidates

They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN) to join their care home in Wadhurst, East Sussex. The Role
As a Registered Nurse youll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. Youll:
Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
Essential Criteria
Current NMC registration (RGN)
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
