Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse to provide safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents/service users.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high standards of nursing care in line with care plans
Administering medications safely and accurately
Monitoring and assessing residents physical and mental health needs
Creating, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments
Managing and responding to clinical emergencies appropriately
Supporting residents with wound care, catheter care, PEG care , and other clinical tasks where required
Supervising and guiding care assistants/support workers
Maintaining accurate clinical records and reports
Ensuring compliance with NMC standards, safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies
Working collaboratively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Valid NMC Pin
Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Professional, compassionate, and flexible approach to work
