Right Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a Nursing home in Leeds. The home is easily accessible from surrounding areas including Moortown, Roundhay, Chapel Allerton, Bradford and Wakefield.

The Home is registered and inspected by Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide outstanding care to individual living with Dementia, aged 60 and above.

This is a medium size Nursing Home which aims to continually provide its residents with a secure, relaxed, and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort is of prime importance.

All Care staff within the home are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest initiatives and developments in Care Practices as may be laid down in appropriate legislation, regulations and Care Standards.

The nursing home manager is looking to appoint a registered nurse who is RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified with nursing home experience and must have strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate is required to:

* Administer medication.

* Update and review care plans.

* Deliver person centred care and have a passion for working with the elderly.

* Have previous experience working with the elderly in nursing homes.

Hours

* 36-48 hours per week on days

Salary

* £40,248 - £53,664 p.a
