We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Rutland Manor Nursing Home in Ilkeston, DE7. At Rutland Manor, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs.
Position Details:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Times: Supernumerary hours to be discussed with cover for shifts and some weekends, bank holidays and on call hours.

Required: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend assessments, meetings, and training.
We are looking for Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas. We will look to you to provide clinical leadership to the team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and Healthcare professionals. Further responsibilities can include but are not limited to, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.
