This role would suit either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take that next step.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Lead and support your team
  • Build strong relationships with service users and families
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement

About You

  • Registered Manager experience or ready to step up from Deputy level
  • Good understanding of CQC requirements
  • Confident leader who can motivate a team
