TDA Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow a Domiciliary Care service in South East London. This role is central to launching and embedding the client’s Signature Programme—a unique, innovative model of care designed to set the service apart.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Registered Manager with strong business development experience to take a service from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centred care. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, CQC compliance, and strategic growth, working closely with the client to bring the Signature Programme to life.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and development of the Signature Programme

Manage the domiciliary care office, staff, and operations
*
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards
*
Prepare for and lead CQC inspections
*
Drive business development, referrals, and service growth
*
Recruit, train, and develop care and office staff
*
Manage rotas, capacity, quality assurance, and performance
*
Oversee budgets and financial targets
*
Build strong relationships with service users, families, and commissioners
