What You’ll Need: To be considered, candidates must have: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care – Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent) Level 3 in Residential Childcare Proven experience within a children’s residential care home - supervisory capacity ideally Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards Supervise, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment Why Join?
