This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a developing service and drive high standards of care in a close-knit, person-centred environment. The home supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs, providing tailored care within a structured and supportive setting. About the Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service. Key responsibilities include:Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and standardsLeading, motivating, and developing the staff teamPromoting a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvementOverseeing care planning, risk management, and quality assuranceManaging budgets, occupancy levels, and overall service performanceBuilding and maintaining relationships with families, professionals, and commissionersRequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step upStrong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirementsExperience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality careWhats on OfferSalary of £40,000 £45,000 per annumOpportunity to lead and shape a small, specialist serviceSupport from an established providerOngoing training and development opportunitiesJBRP1_UKTJ
