Shaping a new service from day one brings a rare level of ownership, and this Registered Manager role offers exactly that. You will lead the setup of a new childrens home while having the support of an experienced RI, giving you the platform to build things the right way from the start. This opportunity would suit a Home Manager or Registered Care Manager ready to create a high-quality service.
You will have full involvement in recruitment, culture, and care delivery, with the freedom to embed your own standards while progressing into a dual registration setup as the service grows.
Package & Benefits
Salary up to £65,000 per annum. Bonus structure up to £8,000 across both homes. 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days with service. Bank holidays included. Flexible working once the home is established.
