We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Manager, for a brand new Tier 4 residential home for Children. Service Context This home provides specialist therapeutic residential care for adolescents (12-18) presenting with complex emotional and mental health needs, including self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma-related behaviours and autism with co-morbid mental health difficulties. The service operates as a high-support step-down provision from CAMHS inpatient settings and aims to reduce readmission through relational containment, structured care planning and robust risk management. The home is regulated by Ofsted under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
