What Youll Need: To be considered, candidates must have: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Children & Young Peoples Services (or equivalent) Proven experience managing a childrens residential care home Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment Why Join?
