Role Overview:
An established health and social care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential Mental Health service. This role will play a key part in the refurbishment and relaunch of a mental health residential service, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape a service from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be required to support CQC re-registration, with service reopening. The provider has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and successfully launching new provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall leadership and management of a residential service
Supporting full refurbishment and relaunch of the service
Leading CQC registration process and ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintaining full regulatory compliance and Good CQC standards
Leading, developing and supporting a strong Deputy and care team
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery
Maintaining occupancy and service stability post-launch
Driving continuous improvement and inspection readiness
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager within residential care
Strong background in Residential Mental Health
Previous experience managing residential mental health services (CQC Registered Manager)
Proven track record of managing stable, compliant services
History of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
Commercially aware with an understanding of occupancy and performance metrics

Sustained high occupancy post-launch
