In this varied role you'll be responsible for overseeing a new site based in North Manchester, responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure service is at an expected standard, as well as being the go-to person for continuous improvement and liaising with senior leadership.

You will play a pivotal role in managing compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, and staff training, as you oversee a tight-knit team on site.
