Registered Manager Location: Weston-super-Mare (covering North Somerset, Bristol & Somerset) Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We are currently partnering with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and associated mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate leader to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a therapeutic environment.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
