Registered Manager Learning Disabilities Service Location Bordon, Hampshire Salary - £40,000 plus bonus based on service targets Hours - Full?time | 40 hours per week (flexible depending on the needs of the service)
Are you an experienced care leader ready to take responsibility for a high?quality residential service for young adults with learning disabilities? We are seeking a committed and proactive Registered Manager to lead an 8 bed home, ensuring exceptional care, strong governance, and a positive, person?centred culture.
About the Role As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the service, lead and develop the staff team, and ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. You will champion the values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment , ensuring every service user receives personalised, high quality support.
You will also play a key role in service development, quality assurance, staff performance, and budget management, working closely with the Operations Team to maintain high standards and support business growth.
