Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + bonus

Para Group is expanding into Young Adult Services, and we are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and values-driven CQC Registered Manager to lead this exciting new phase of growth.

We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about delivering excellent care, building high-performing teams, and creating services that are person-centred, compliant, and outcomes-focused.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service. You will play a key role in establishing a positive culture, embedding best practice, and ensuring the service meets all regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards.

You will work closely with senior leaders to support Para Groups expansion into young adult services and help create a service that is known for quality, compassion, and strong outcomes.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management
• Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and operational systems
• Ensure young adults receive high-quality, person-centred care and support at all times
• Promote a proactive safeguarding culture across the service
• Ensure the service operates in line with its Statement of Purpose
• Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
• Drive continuous improvement and support the growth of the service
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders

You will be a confident and experienced care leader with a strong understanding of regulated services and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young adults.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a management role within adult residential care
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Proven experience in safeguarding and risk management
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

• At least 2 years experience in a similar management role
• Experience supporting the setup, development, or improvement of a service
• Passion for innovation and service development within young adult care
