Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + bonus

Para Group is expanding into Young Adult Services, and we are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and values-driven CQC Registered Manager to lead this exciting new phase of growth.

We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about delivering excellent care, building high-performing teams, and creating services that are person-centred, compliant, and outcomes-focused.

About the role:

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service. You will play a key role in establishing a positive culture, embedding best practice, and ensuring the service meets all regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards.

You will work closely with senior leaders to support Para Groups expansion into young adult services and help create a service that is known for quality, compassion, and strong outcomes.
