Support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for the service users.

Requirements

Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or Residential Childcare/Or equivalent (Essential) Previous experience at Registered Manager level (Essential) Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
