As our service continues to grow, we are strengthening our leadership structure and seeking a capable operational leader to guide the next stage of our development.You will initially work closely with the Director, with a clear pathway to registration with the Care Quality Commission once fully embedded within the service.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and compliance of our domiciliary and complex care services.You will ensure the service remains safe, effective, and fully inspection-ready at all times, while leading a high-performing team delivering person-centred care in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesFull operational management of the service Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards Maintain strong governance and quality assurance systems Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and care planning Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead Conduct audits across care, medication, and health & safety Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes Prepare for and lead CQC inspections Support service growth alongside senior managerWhat Were Looking ForSignificant experience in domiciliary care, including complex care Proven experience in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and inspections Experience with audits, governance, and service improvement Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) Strong leadership and team development skills Confident, resilient, and solutions-focused approach IT proficiency (care systems & Microsoft 365) Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We OfferSalary £48,000 £58,000 (dependent on experience)45p per mile mileage allowance Monday to Friday working pattern On-site parkingOpportunity to shape and grow a developing service Supportive senior management structure About UsWe are a growing, values-led provider delivering high-quality domiciliary and respite care across the Southeast.Our focus is on supporting individuals with complex needs through consistent, person-centred care that promotes independence, stability, and dignity.We are building a service with strong foundations, clear processes, committed leadership, and a culture of accountability.
