Leadership within the service has received local recognition from Brent Council for management excellence, reflecting the organisation's commitment to strong leadership and quality care delivery.The RoleThis opportunity gives you the autonomy to lead an established domiciliary care service supporting over 90 clients with a team of around 50 staff.You won't just be maintaining a service. You'll guide the team, strengthen systems and drive improvements that directly affect the quality of care people receive in their own homes.
