Triple West Medical are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join our Client who are opening a new Children’s Care Home and require an individual experienced with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Based in NW London, the ideal candidate must have strong relevant experience in managing Children’s homes for at least 2 years.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Work with staff to get the new service registered and operational, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Hire, develop and guide a new team to meet the individual needs of young residents ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
• Take the lead on safeguarding and child protection concerns, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
• Partner with external professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for young people
• Oversee resources and financial records with precision, ensuring operational efficiency and best practice

Looking for:

• Leadership & Experience: You bring 2+ years as a Registered Manager and at least 2 years’ experience in a children’s home, especially with young people with EBD
• Experience and knowledge of Children’s Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards
