We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a Solo/Dual Children’s Homes in Kings Lynn — someone who can guide a small but mighty team and create a home where young people feel safe, supported, and able to believe in their future again.

As a Registered Manager within the Children's Sector. you’ll need previous proven experience in children’s residential care, if you have previous management experience or deputy looking to step up in this field, you would be great fit, you must hold a Level 3 Diploma qualification as a minimum or an equivalent, and a passion for trauma-informed, child-centred care.
