Job Description About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivatedRegistered Managerto lead the opening and ongoing management of abrand-new 3-bed childrens residential home in Solihull.
This home is being developed byqualified clinicians in partnership with a consultancy team, designed to provide atherapeutic, safe, and nurturing environmentfor children withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
As theRegistered Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing registration, compliance, and the creation of a warm, trauma-informed home where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Lead thesetup and Ofsted registrationof a new childrens home, including policy development, recruitment, and staff training.
Ensure full compliance withChildrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015andOfsted Quality Standards.
Manage daily operations, care delivery, and team performance.
Recruit, supervise, and motivate a skilled, compassionate staff team.
Act as theRegistered Manager, ensuring safeguarding, quality assurance, and positive inspection outcomes.
Build collaborative relationships with local authorities, education, and health professionals.
Create a therapeutic, learning-focused culture that promotes the wellbeing of both children and staff.
