in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day

lowest lows. As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the
home environment can support this by ensuring both your staff and
the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. There will be
challenges along the way but there will also be the smallest
moments which feel like a huge small
victory!
Our homes accommodate
young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and
our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people
in our care. This is all made possible because our service is
holistic and touches on every aspect of our young people’s
developmental needs. From our Psychologists and Occupational
Therapists to many other clinical team members who feed into the
overall picture we achieve positive outcomes by having the most
joined-up service in
SEND.

managing the day to day operations in the home and taking ownership
of Ofsted requirements you enable our young people to get their
childhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults –
an incredibly rewarding role to have. You will actively be involved
with new referrals and be safe in the knowledge that you will be
providing a home in the UKs leading provider of specialist
education and
care.

Salary: Base salary of
6-7 bed - £51,331 -
£63,553
Bonuses: Bonus of
10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus (approx.
10
weekends per year) and Attendance allowance
£1,400
You also receive
a long-term incentive plan – a bonus of 30% of salary
accrued each year and paid as a future lump
sum
Training: A full 4-week
induction on our Care
Academy
Holiday: You’ll work
hard at WG, so you’ll be rewarded with 7 weeks’

A committed and

Level 5 Diploma
qualification
in Leadership and Management for
Residential Childcare
(England)
A full UK driving
licence which you’ve held for at least 12
months
