Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Children's Manager, or Deputy Manager who is prepared to make that next step up. Our organisation specialises in providing the highest standard of care for children and young people with complex needs. Responsibilities

* Lead the home to achieve and maintain Ofsted Good or Outstanding outcomes

* Manage daily operations within the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards

* Ensure each child has a care plan which reflects their emotional, care, health, educational, social, therapeutic, and cultural & diverse needs.

* Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs

* Create a warm, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can grow and flourish

* Provide support, training and guidance to staff ensuring best practice

* Foster positive relationships with families and other professional to ensure a person centered approach

* Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the environment, conducting regular inspections and audits as well carrying out risk assessments

* Qualifications

* Experienced leader with 2 years minimum residential childcare experience

* Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for Children & Young People

* Confident, resilient and committed to achieving excellence

* Skilled in building strong, supportive teams

* Able to meet all Ofsted requirements for Registered Managers

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

* Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare(or be prepared to acquire within 2 years)
