About the Role
A care home in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their team. You will work alongside other nurse practitioners to provide high-quality care, ensuring residents’ personal needs are met with dignity while promoting independence. This is a hands-on role supporting both nursing care and the general day-to-day activities of the home.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents
Work collaboratively with the care team to meet individual resident needs
Support daily care routines, activities, and general operations of the home
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and procedures
Uphold professional standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelinesSkills and Attributes

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of nursing practices and care standards
