Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Care Home
Location: Swansea
Essential Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
This role is only suitable for nurses who meet all of the following criteria:
• Active UK NMC PIN (RGN only)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse within a UK care or nursing home
• Stable employment history within care home nursing roles
• Comfortable working mixed day and night shifts
• Currently living and working in the UK with full right to work

Pay & Contract
• £21.00 – £25.00 per hour depending on experience
• Up to £28.00 per hour for exceptional nurses
• Up to £69,888 per year based on a 48-hour contract
• Bonus scheme £1,000 – £7,500 based on performance and longevity
Contract: Permanent – Full Time (part-time considered)
Shifts: Mixed days and nights (12-hour and shorter shifts available)
About the Role
You will deliver high-quality nursing care within a well-supported care home environment that values clinical standards, teamwork and reliability.
Care Categories include:
Elderly Care, Dementia, Learning Disability / Autism, Mental Health Conditions, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment and Younger Adults.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering safe and effective nursing care in line with NMC standards
• Medication management, care planning and accurate documentation
• Supporting and guiding care staff on shift
• Managing complex clinical needs and promoting dignity and wellbeing for residents
What We Are Looking For
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
• Proven UK nursing home experience
• Strong clinical judgement and medication management skills
• Professional, reliable and team-focused approach
Hospital-only backgrounds or newly qualified nurses will not be considered.
