We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Band 5 Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our friendly and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards

*

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans

*

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

*

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients

*

Maintain accurate and timely patient records

*

Provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to patients and their families

*

Contribute to quality improvement and uphold best practices

*

Ensure all safeguarding, infection control, and clinical governance procedures are followed

Requirements

*

NMC registered as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)

*

Band 5 experience with minimum 6 months NHS experience is a must

*

Strong communication and clinical skills

*

Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach

*

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

*

Right to work in the UK
