Registered Fostering Manager

Location: Taunton

Salary: £55,000 +benefits

NonStop Consulting is working with a small independent fostering agency, in the Somerset area, who are looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Whether you are an experienced Registered Manager or a Team Manager looking for a step up, they will provide training opportunities to support you into the role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee a small service of around 15 households and 4 staff members You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region Ensure the agency maintains their standard of care, including their Ofsted rating. Work to maintain and improve the service

Requirements:

Registered with Social Work England Driver Fostering Experience Management experience
