Lead the set-up of the IFA and support the Ofsted registration Ensure compliance, safeguarding standards, and high-quality care Support the growth and development of the service

Requirements

Strong fostering experience Ideally Registered Fostering Manager experience or strong commissioning background Set-up experience is a plus Good understanding of Ofsted regulations Social Work England (SWE)
