Registered Domiciliary Care Manager Location: Widnes, WA8 Salary: £35,910 per annum

You will take ownership of a newly awarded domiciliary care contract in Widnes, delivering approximately 1,500 hours of care per week, supported by a large, well-resourced national care organisation.

Rather than inheriting legacy issues, you will be trusted to set standards, build the team and establish a strong, compliant and person-centred service from the ground up. The role As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational, regulatory and commercial performance of the service. You will lead from the front, embedding a positive culture, developing people and ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently.
