As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager , you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the service, leading from the front on quality, compliance, and workforce stability.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of a domiciliary care branch delivering community-based care.

Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled care workforce aligned to service demand.

Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, internal quality frameworks, and contractual requirements.

Oversee staffing levels, rotas, budgets, and operational processes to ensure safe care delivery.

About You Experience managing or leading regulated domiciliary care services as a Registered Manager or equivalent.

Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and statutory care requirements.

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, working towards it, or willingness to complete it.
