* Home Type: 4 Bedded EBD home – therapeutic PACE approach
* Location: Vale of Belvoir (NG32)
* Basic Salary: £52,250 - £62,700 (DOE)
* Bonuses: Up to £13,000 based on Ofsted & Occupancy
* Overall Package: Up to £75,700 p/a
* Annual Leave: 33 days including bank holidays

Who will you be working for?
Take on the registration of this fantastic 4 Bedded EBD home in the Vale of Belvoir (NG32)!
This organisation is well-established with over 20 solo-to-four-bedded EBD homes across the Midlands, along with three independent schools and their very own therapeutic assessment & clinical team, led by expert psychologists.
You would be supported by an incredibly kind and experienced Senior Management Team who have been running children’s homes for decades as well as having two Deputy Managers in post to rely on. There are also three other operational homes within a 15-minute journey to collaborate with when times get tough.
The Package & Benefits:
