We are dedicated to supporting children with various care needs, including mental health challenges and learning disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care that sets them up for success in their Adult life. *Summary* We are seeking a Registered Children's Manager to join our team at Anchor Community to open our new home.This role is essential for overseeing the care and support provided to children with diverse needs, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development. The position is located in the South West of England. *Responsibilities* * Oversee the daily operations of children's care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. * Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs. * Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality care and support. * Monitor the well-being of children in our care, addressing any concerns promptly. * Collaborate with families, social workers, and other professionals to enhance service delivery. * Provide training and leadership to staff members to foster a positive working environment. *Requirements* * Proven experience in senior care management or similar roles within children's services Minimum 2 years. * Strong understanding of care plans and OFSTED regulatory requirements for children's services. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. * A valid driving licence and own car Is essential. * Compassionate approach towards children with varying needs, particularly in mental health, learning disabilities and children suffering from trauma.
