We are looking for a dual registered care home manager, working with elderly and complex needs help the company grow and develop within.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
  • Managing dual home
  • Lead and manage staff, providing supervision and support to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs.
  • Ensure medication administration is conducted safely and accurately.
  • Foster a positive environment for residents and their families, promoting well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Proven management and supervisory experience in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Background in assisted living and nursing home environments
  • Knowledge of care plans and medication administration
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents
