Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead and manage a well-established care service in Ruislip. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a strong team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high standards of care for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service and lead the care team effectively

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards

  • Maintain high-quality care delivery and person-centred care practices

  • Manage staff performance, training, and development

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, infection control, and medication management procedures

  • Support operational planning and cost management

Requirements

  • Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)

  • Previous nursing home or care home management experience

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards

  • Knowledge of safeguarding, elderly care, and dementia care best practices

  • Good IT and administrative skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
