Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D+)
Location: London
Contract: Long-term | Inside IR35 (Outside a possibility)
Rate: £60–£70 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D and above) to join our client’s team in London on a long-term contract basis.
The Role:
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects.
Key Details:
* £60–£70 per hour, depending on experience
* Long-term contract with strong extension potential
* Inside IR35 (Outside a possibility)
* Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
Requirements:
* Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D or above)
* Proven experience in Building Control Surveying
* Strong knowledge of current Building Regulations
