Registered Building Inspector (BSR Projects)
Salary: £65,000 – £100,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Location: Leeds Area (Further roles in various UK Locations)

Overview:
A well-established and highly respected Registered Building Control Approver is entering a period of sustained growth and is seeking experienced Registered Building Inspector’s (Building Control Surveyor) to support an expanding volume of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) projects delivered through the MDT framework.
Recent developments within the BSR landscape have opened new opportunities for professionals eager to expand their exposure to complex and high-profile schemes. The of additional RBCAs on the MDT framework now enables wider access to BSR project work, creating a more diverse and stimulating project environment for inspectors at the L2F and 3G levels.
In conjunction with the updated provisions allowing L2F and 3G inspectors to undertake work on HRBs under appropriate supervision, this role offers a unique pathway for individuals progressing towards L3H registration.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the delivery of BSR-regulated work via the MDT framework.
Undertake site inspections, technical assessments, and regulatory compliance checks in line with statutory requirements and organisational standards.
Assist with HRB projects under supervision where applicable.
Produce high-quality reports and maintain accurate project records.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful progression of schemes.
Support clients, contractors, and stakeholders through clear communication and professional guidance.
