We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an Outstanding-rated domiciliary care provider supporting a well-established and high-performing franchise service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking for a genuine work–life balance, strong operational support, and long-term career development.The service delivers approximately 1,500 hours of care per week, including live-in care, and supports private clients only.
