Lovett Care are seeking to appoint a kind, caring, and experienced Home Trainer to join our team. This key role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering all education, training, and development needs within our care homes, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to provide the highest standards of care. You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development, while ensuring that all mandatory training is completed in line with company policies, care sector standards, and regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, the Home Trainer will work closely with Home Managers and staff teams to identify training needs, deliver engaging and effective training sessions, and maintain accurate training records. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £33,250 per annum . Standard working hours are 09:00 17:30 , however, some flexibility is required regarding both working hours and location. As the role covers multiple sites across East Wales and North Wales a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
