This role will have an emphasis on customer service and will be point of contact for all site(s) related activity, making sure the service on all sites is delivered and compliant with company procedures.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that direct reports are delivering as requiredEnsure correct level of Technical Appointments are in place to delivery services across the regionResponsible for all PPM programmes to deliver full scope of services within SLAResponsible for Additional Works WIP for the sitesResponsible for all corrective and reactive works to be correctly recorded within the asset management systemResponsible to ensure that teams operate in a time/cost effective mannerAct as escalation for all emergenciesEnsure that tasks are carried out in a safe manner via completing site audits/visitsEnsuring that disruption to the client's premises is kept to a minimum during activities within ScopeMaintaining good strong relationships with the customer and all internal stakeholdersEnsure that quality is monitored via completing site audits/visitsComplete and provide accurate monthly & daily reportingAttend Client meetings as requiredMonitoring and control costs associated with all tasksQualificationsProven experience as a manager in a professional Facilities Management environment - essentialSound understanding of the FM industryExperience within the manufacturing industry advantageProven experience on working on multiple total facilities management contracts TFMExperienced in soft services ie cleaning as well as full understanding of TFM contractsExperience in using CAFM applicationsPrevious experience in Finance Processes including PO ManagementCommunicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialistsNEBOSH/IOSH - desirableHigher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experienceElectrical - 17th edition electrical regulationL8 AwarenessF-Gas AwarenessScaffold InspectionFirst Aid at WorkGas Safety AwarenessAsbestos AwarenessSafe Working at HeightCity and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (Desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
