Job overview
Reporting to the Regional Manager , our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for generating new business from the conversion s of prospective key accounts within your designated region.

Key responsibilities
To have a clear understanding of the Commercial and Industrial recruitment sector , with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.

To recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition , to ensure maximum penetration across Quest Employments services .

Generate new business, whilst meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

To keep up to date with legislation / employment law and developments within our industry and other areas within the post holders scope of professional expertise and knowledge.

Contribute to campaigns held within the BDM team as well as effectively managing client contacts for repeat business through referrals.

Presenting as required , when tender ing for new business and complying with company procedures.

Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings with prepared monthly sales reports

The successful candidate will be tasked with understanding where opportunities lie regionally and nationally for business growth, securing new business to previously unexploited sectors.

Skills/ experience
Min of 12 months working within Recruitment and proven track record of success winning new business

History of over achievement in new business sales, with volume users

Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated must be comfortable in a target oriented environment .

Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face) .

Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously .

The ideal candidate will be determined , outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic .

Preferably from the recruitment industrial and have a high conversion cold call to client ratio.
