We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This role involves managing major projects and framework agreements within a defined territory, with a focus on meeting revenue targets and delivering profitable growth.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this opportunity is ideal for someone with proven sales experience, preferably from the crane, plant hire, or construction industries, who is ready for a new challenge and career progression.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role offering the chance to demonstrate your sales expertise and industry knowledge while achieving strong results and job satisfaction.

Location & Flexibility:

This is a full-time, field-based role covering London and the Home Counties with regular travel to client sites and Company offices. Your office work can be completed from any of our offices or from your home office.

Core business hours are 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility and commitment is required for times when you need to work over and above these hours and for occasional evening or weekend work due to client events and overnight stays.
