An established and fast-growing financial services provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its expanding Asset Finance division.\n \nThe Role\n Operating across the North West, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth within the asset finance arm of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and SMEs, and developing tailored funding solutions to meet client needs.\n This is a highly autonomous role for an ambitious individual who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering results within a dynamic and supportive environment.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the North West.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and clients.\nStructure asset finance solutions that align with client requirements and risk appetite.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and excellent customer service.\nRepresent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.The Ideal Candidate\n\nProven experience in asset finance or related commercial finance sectors.\nStrong regional network of brokers, introducers, and SMEs.\nDemonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets.\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\nSelf-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute.What’s on Offer\n This is an opportunity to join a growing and well-capitalised financial services group with a strong reputation for flexibility, integrity, and relationship-led funding.
