We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Regional Sales Manager based in the Field (Midlands and South) youll be responsible for:Driving sales of geotechnics and stormwater management product ranges through a technical, solutions-focused approachIdentifying and developing major accounts to maximise growth, while building a strong regional sales cultureEstablishing and maintaining close relationships with customers, supply chain partners, and the branch networkManaging new and existing projects end-to-end, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and deliveryProviding product training and maintaining CRM accuracy to support the branch network and monitor the project pipelineThis is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be a field based role.And heres what wed like you to have:Solid knowledge of geosynthetics and water management solutionsProven industry sales experience with a strong track record of resultsExceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships while identifying new opportunities and marketsStrong organisational, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated capability in managing complex issues and delivering sustainable outcomesPlease be aware that we are extending the application period for this role until the new year.
