Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager for the North West region. Developing existing accounts, winning new business, and providing commercial support to expand market share across the territory.

Responsibilities

* Generate regional growth by acquiring new customers and re-engaging lapsed accounts.

* Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies with internal teams.

* Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and documentation to support consistent performance.

* Collaborate with management on sales goals to build and sustain a healthy future pipeline.

* Achieve and maintain agreed KPIs and targets.

* Support wider team activity to ensure consistently exceptional customer service.

Requirements

* Proven track record of sales experience within the generator hire market.

* Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to develop both existing and new business across a defined territory.

* Solid internal communication to support service levels, equipment utilisation, and fleet availability.

* Highly organised, focused sales approach with resilience under pressure.
