Guidewire Sales Executive - Regional (UK & Ireland | Europe | USA)Reports to: RegionalSales DirectorLocation(s): UK & Ireland UK (Hybrid) Europe Flexible within EU (Hybrid/Remote) USA US (East Coast preferred, Hybrid/Remote)As we expand our regional sales structure across the UK & Ireland, Europe, and USA, we are seeking three Sales Executivesto strengthen our commercial engine and ensure disciplined, scalable sales execution across each region.About AlchemyAlchemy is a specialist insurance technology consultancy and global centre of excellence, partnering with leading insurers to modernise systems, enhance customer experience, and deliver next-generation insurance talentNow part of NTT DATA, Alchemy is entering an exciting phase of international growth across the London Market and global P&C landscapeEach role acts as a strategic second set of hands to the Regional Sales Director; expanding account coverage, deepening executive relationships, and progressing opportunities from early engagement through to commercial close.The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor within the Guidewire ecosystem, positioning Alchemys people-led consulting model and driving pipeline growth across existing and new accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Regional Sales Director to prioritise strategic pursuits and build on business development activity to grow Guidewire partnerships.Help execute a growth strategy aligned with Alchemys FY26 sales and revenue objectives.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within target markets.Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities across insurers, MGAs, and brokers.Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and close.Develop and nurture executive relationships with Guidewire, key alliance partners, and technology ecosystems.Collaborate with Alchemys delivery and client teams to position the right capabilities and ensure successful project outcomes.Represent Alchemy at industry events, conferences, and Guidewire user groups.Provide strategic commercial input into proposals while Pre-Sales leads the development process.Work in close alignment with Pre-Sales on opportunity qualification and solution positioning.Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-sell.Support the ongoing refinement of Alchemys Guidewire proposition and go-to-market materials.Partner with marketing to shape campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership aligned to regional market trends.Contribute to internal enablement by sharing market intelligence, competitor insights, and Guidewire roadmap updates.Skills & Experience RequiredExtensive experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the insurance technology or systems integration space.Proven success selling Guidewire, an equivalent P&C transformation solution or in Specialty InsuranceStrong executive stakeholder management and consultative selling capability.Strong existing network within insurers, software vendors, and system integrators.Demonstrated experience owning commercial negotiations and closing dealsExcellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.Collaborative, results-driven mindset with strong influencing ability at senior levels.For the European role, multilingual capability is highly preferred (German or French advantageous).JBRP1_UKTJ
